Saltwater Outlaw Charters was established in 1992 by 4th generation Cedar Key native Tracy Collins. Tracy grew up in Cedar Key, spending much of his life as a “waterman” in the Cedar Key area, working as a charter captain and fishing guide for 30+ years. In his youth, he was extensively involved in commercial fishing and learned much of his craft from his uncle, Edgar “Yellow Legs” Campbell (deceased in 2000), a local legend for his nearly 7 decades as a commercial fisherman and fishing guide.
